Got a Cool Idea? Prove It at YESIST12 2026 and Take Your Innovation to the World Stage!
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - An opportunity for Indonesia’s young generation to showcase innovative ideas on a global scale returns through YESIST12 (Youth Entrepreneurship and Smart Innovation Summit & Technology) 2026. This international-scale innovation competition officially opens registration for students to young professionals who wish to present creative solutions for the future.
The YESIST12 2026 event serves as a platform for young innovators to channel ideas, develop proposals, and present project prototypes with the potential to deliver real impact for society. The activity receives support from Universitas Nusa Mandiri (UNM) as a Digital Business Campus that consistently encourages the emergence of innovative young talents in the digital transformation era. UNM acts as the host for this event.
In this competition, participants can choose various categories according to their interests and fields of innovation to be developed. Available tracks include Innovation Challenge Track, MakerFair Track, WePOWER Track, iENGAGE Track, Special Track, and Junior Einstein Track.
The key timeline for YESIST12 2026 begins with registration from 23 February to 4 April 2026. After that, participants will undergo the national selection and judging stage from 6–17 April 2026, followed by the announcement of national winners on 24 April 2026. National winners will proceed to the international competition from 27–30 April 2026.
Not only the chance to perform at an international event, participants also have the opportunity to win a total prize of thousands of US dollars. The first-place winner will receive USD1,000, special awards of USD500, and runner-up prizes of USD250, plus international certificates and opportunities to expand global networks with innovators from various countries.
UNM Rector Dwiza Riana views YESIST12 as a strategic platform for the young generation to boldly demonstrate their creativity and innovation skills to the world.
“YESIST12 becomes a stage for the young generation to show that innovative ideas from Indonesia can compete globally. As a Digital Business Campus, UNM strongly supports activities that encourage the birth of young innovators who dare to present creative solutions for the future,” she stated in a press release received on Friday (27/3/2026).
She also invites students, university students, and young professionals not to miss this opportunity.
