REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BOALEMO - The Gorontalo Ministry of Law Office conducted a socialisation event on General Legal Administration (AHU) services in Boalemo Regency on Wednesday (25/2/2026). This activity is part of the implementation of the Ministry of Law’s priority programs to improve public service quality and public understanding of AHU services.

The Head of the Gorontalo Ministry of Law Office, Raymond Johanis H. Takasenseran, stated that the Gorontalo Ministry of Law Office, as a vertical institution based in Gorontalo Province, has the task and function of implementing and realising the policies of the Ministry of Law as outlined in the Strategic Plan (Renstra), and supporting the achievement of the ministry’s vision and mission, especially in providing services to the public.

“Gorontalo still has various challenges that are regional issues. Regional development issues are also faced with future challenges, both global, national, and regional, which need to be anticipated and addressed wisely as opportunities in carrying out transformation through strategic and innovative steps in providing real contributions to regional development. Strengthening economic resilience that pays attention to the sustainability of natural resources, through the involvement of MSME stakeholders,” he said.

Raymond said that AHU services include various strategic aspects, including services for Limited Liability Companies (PT), Sole Proprietorships, Commanditaire Vennootschap (CV), Partnerships, Associations, Foundations, Cooperatives, Notarial Services, and Fiduciary Guarantees. In addition, there are also Beneficial Owner services as part of efforts to realise corporate transparency.

AHU services also cover the fields of state administration and public law, including citizenship and naturalisation, registration of political parties, and the appointment and training of Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS). Strengthening understanding of social enterprises is also an important part of supporting business models that are not only profit-oriented but also provide sustainable social impact.

Raymond hopes that through this socialisation, participants can gain a comprehensive understanding of the procedures, requirements, and benefits of each AHU service. Active participation, suggestions, and input from all participants are highly expected as part of continuous improvement efforts in improving the quality of public services.

Integrated on the AHU Online Platform

In order to support the digital transformation of public services, all AHU services have now been integrated through the AHU Online platform, which provides easy access, speed, transparency, and accountability of services for the public and business actors. This digitalisation of services is in line with the direction of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, Supratman Andi Agtas, in encouraging the improvement of the quality of legal services based on information technology.

The Head of the Legal Service Division of the Gorontalo Ministry of Law Office, Arif Rahman, emphasised that optimising the use of AHU Online in the region is a strategic step in providing legal certainty, especially for MSMEs and business actors in Boalemo Regency. This can increase the competitiveness and economic growth of the region.

This activity presented speakers from the notary element of Boalemo Regency, Hj. Nahira, S.H., M.Kn., who provided technical presentations on the procedures and practices of legal entity services and the implementation of services electronically.

The Head of the AHU Service Division, Kiki Rizki Wardhana, explained that this activity aims to increase public understanding of General Legal Administration Services. In addition, this activity is also aimed at achieving performance indicators in the form of improving the quality of public understanding of AHU services in the region, as part of the implementation of priority programs and activities that have been set by the Ministry of Law.

Through this activity, the Gorontalo Ministry of Law Office reaffirms its commitment to continue providing professional, modern, and responsive legal services to the needs of the community, in order to support sustainable regional development.
