Google Labs and Google DeepMind’s artificial intelligence division have expanded access to their AI-powered marketing service, Pomelli, to more than 170 countries and territories worldwide, including Indonesia, this week.

The announcement was made through a recent post on the official X (formerly Twitter) account of Google Labs, @GoogleLabs. “We heard feedback from users about availability and we are now fulfilling that request. Pomelli can now be used in more than 170 countries and territories around the world,” Google Labs stated, whilst adding a page listing the countries supported by the AI tool.

Pomelli is an AI-driven marketing tool designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) create promotional content more quickly and easily.

SME operators typically face specific challenges when promoting their businesses to the public. These challenges can include time constraints, budget limitations, and limited design capabilities when creating digital promotional materials.

With Pomelli, SME operators can create promotional content or campaign ideas much faster and more easily, without having to spend time away from running their businesses.

Pomelli operates in three main stages. First, users are asked to enter their business website address. The AI then analyses the site to build a brand identity profile called “Business DNA.”

This profile encompasses various brand elements, enabling the AI to generate promotional content that remains consistent with the character of the user’s business.

Users can also add their own prompts or ideas to create more specific campaign concepts.

In the final stage, Pomelli generates various ready-to-use marketing materials, such as social media content, promotional images, or digital advertising materials.
