Good News! Cirebon Regency's PTSP Performance Soars, Licensing Services Now Higher Quality

There has been a notable leap in licensing services within Cirebon Regency, with performance scores increasing drastically by 27.167 points. The Head of the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Agency (DPMPTSP) of Cirebon Regency, Dr Hilmy Riva’i MPd, stated that the previous performance value of 62.404 has now risen to 89.571.

According to him, this increase is documented in the Decree of the Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) regarding the Determination of the Results of the Performance Assessment of Integrated One-Stop Services and the Performance of the Acceleration of Business Implementation by Local Governments for 2026.

“Alhamdulillah, the PTSP assessment value for Cirebon Regency, which was previously 62.404, has now become 89.571. There is an increase of 27.167 points,” he explained.

Hilmy explained that this increase serves as evidence that various efforts to improve licensing services implemented so far are beginning to show positive results, including the strengthening of digital-based service systems that are more easily accessible to the public and business actors.

Hilmy added that this performance achievement is also a vital asset for Cirebon Regency to further enhance regional competitiveness in attracting investment. This is because the quality of licensing services is one of the primary considerations for investors before committing capital to a specific region.

“With the value now approaching 90, the local government is expected to be able to maintain and even improve the quality of PTSP services in the coming years,” he concluded.
