Metro Jakarta Central Police Chief Kombes Reynold Hutagalung said that the police are collaborating with the TNI to deploy 106 personnel to secure the worship proceedings and Good Friday procession. “We are currently conducting security operations for the Good Friday worship, where it will coincide with Friday prayers and the first mass, which is a point of attention,” Reynold stated in a written remark on Friday (3/4/2026). “Once the mass is finished, I will open all of them, so I request that members guard the six doors,” Reynold added. This musical drama is part of the preparation for the first mass starting at 12:00 WIB. As of this report, the performance is still ongoing, attracting hundreds of congregants who have been present since morning.
