Golkar Youth Wing Rewards Jakarta Branch with Vehicle for Mosque Cleaning After Recruiting 10,000 Cadres

The Central Board of the Golkar Party’s Youth Force (PP AMPG) has officially handed over a special operational vehicle for cleaning places of worship to the Regional Board (PD) of AMPG DKI Jakarta. The operational vehicle assistance was given to appreciate PD AMPG DKI Jakarta for successfully attracting tens of thousands of young people, earning them the award. The Jakarta AMPG leadership was deemed successful in strengthening the regeneration system and attracting young people to join the Golkar Party.

PP AMPG Chairman Said Aldi Al Idrus explained that the provision of the operational vehicle was inseparable from the achievement of PD AMPG DKI Jakarta, which managed to recruit around 10,000 young cadres. In addition, this assistance also carries a message and appreciation directly from the Chairman of the Golkar Party, Bahlil Lahadalia. Through this cleaning vehicle facility, young Golkar cadres are expected to be more massively involved in the community, particularly in social actions to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of places of worship.

“This assistance is a form of appreciation to PD AMPG DKI Jakarta, Fauzan Irvan, accompanied by Secretary Yoga Prawira, who have worked hard to recruit 10,000 young cadres. This is also part of our commitment to continue providing benefits to the community,” said Said Aldi in his statement on Wednesday, 5 August 2026.

In addition to focusing on the capital region, Said Aldi also highlighted the major national agenda being carried out by PP AMPG under his command. Currently, the Golkar Party’s wing organisation is carrying out a major mandate to recruit up to 2 million new cadres. To realise this target, PP AMPG will continue to finalise the organisational structure, increase social activities that touch the grassroots, and use approaches that are more relevant to the lifestyle of today’s generation. According to Said, the increase in membership must be in line with the improvement in the quality and real contribution of cadres in the field.

“The target of 2 million cadres is not just a number. We want to build young cadres who are active, solid, and have concern for the environment and society,” he stressed.

Going forward, PP AMPG hopes that the newly handed-over operational fleet can be maximised by PD AMPG DKI Jakarta to serve residents. Nationally, AMPG also reaffirmed its commitment to continue moving forward, producing resilient young generations, and presenting social programmes whose benefits can be directly felt by the wider community.
