Golkar Youth Wing Recruits 10,000 Young Cadres in Jakarta
The youth wing of the Golkar Party, the Angkatan Muda Partai Golkar (AMPG), has recruited 10,000 young cadres from various areas of Jakarta to join the party.
This was announced by the General Chair of the Central Board of the Angkatan Muda Partai Golkar (PP AMPG), Said Aldi Al Idrus, during the handover of an operational vehicle for cleaning places of worship to the Jakarta regional board (PD AMPG DKI Jakarta) in recognition of the recruitment achievement.
“This assistance is a form of appreciation for PD AMPG DKI Jakarta, led by Fauzan Irvan and accompanied by Secretary Yoga Prawira, who have worked hard to recruit 10,000 young cadres. This is also part of our commitment to continue providing benefits to the community,” Said Aldi said in a statement in Jakarta on Wednesday.
The presence of the operational vehicle is expected to support various social activities, particularly in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of places of worship.
Said further emphasised that the Central Board of AMPG under his leadership has been mandated to recruit two million new cadres. This target will continue to be pursued through organisational strengthening, social activities, and a closer approach to the younger generation.
According to him, cadre development is not only about increasing membership numbers but also about how young cadres can be present and make a real contribution to society.
Said expressed hope that the Jakarta regional board would make optimal use of the vehicle to support organisational activities and social services for the community.
PP AMPG is committed to continuously strengthening cadre development, expanding youth involvement, and delivering concrete actions that benefit society.
