Golkar Wonosobo Cadres File Complaint with Party Tribunal Over Post-Regional Conference Dynamics

A group of Golkar Party cadres from Wonosobo visited the party’s central executive board (DPP) office in Jakarta on 4–5 August 2026 to build relations, hold an audience, and submit a formal complaint to the Golkar Party Tribunal concerning organisational dynamics following the 11th Regional Conference (Musda) of DPD II Golkar Wonosobo. The delegation, led by Khakmim, comprised several sub-district board (PK) officials and representatives from community organisations founded by and associated with the Golkar Party in Wonosobo Regency. During the visit, the cadres were received by Golkar Party Tribunal member Derek Loupatty, who also serves as Deputy Secretary-General for Organisation at the DPP Golkar. The cadres conveyed matters related to the implementation of the 11th Musda of DPD II Golkar Wonosobo, held on 10 May 2026. They stated that the Musda’s execution had referred to Instruction Letter Number 13/45/GOLKAR-1/IV/2026 from DPD I Golkar Central Java and followed applicable organisational rules. In addition to presenting their views, the group submitted a formal complaint letter to the Golkar Party Tribunal on 5 August 2026. In their complaint, the Wonosobo Golkar cadres requested an explanation regarding the non-issuance of the Decree (SK) for the DPD II Golkar Wonosobo management following the Musda. They also sought clarification concerning a Musda reportedly held in Semarang on 25 July 2026. Khakmim stated that the complaint was an organisational step to obtain certainty and clarity according to the party’s internal mechanisms. ‘We came to convey our aspirations through the official mechanism available within the Golkar Party. Our hope is that the entire process can gain clarity in accordance with organisational rules,’ Khakmim said in a statement on Thursday (6/8). He stressed that the cadres respect all ongoing processes at both the DPP and the Party Tribunal levels. ‘We respect the authority of the DPP and the Party Tribunal. What we are doing is part of an organisational effort so that all issues can be resolved properly and in accordance with the provisions,’ he said. Khakmim also expressed hope that communication between regional cadres and officials at the provincial and central levels can be maintained. ‘We hope there is an open space for communication so that every organisational dynamic can be resolved through deliberation and party mechanisms,’ he stated. He further conveyed the hope that any decision taken would provide certainty for all cadres in Wonosobo Regency. ‘What we hope for is organisational certainty so that all cadres can refocus on political work and community service,’ Khakmim said. As of the submission of the complaint, there has been no official statement from DPD I Golkar Central Java or the DPP Golkar regarding the substance of the complaint filed by the Wonosobo cadres.
