Golkar holds writing contest
JAKARTA (JP): The Jakarta branch of the ruling Golkar party is holding a writing competition for Jakartans, offering prizes worth more than Rp 3 million (US$1,363).
Contestants are asked to submit a piece of writing on the theme Jakarta Kota Perjuangan (Jakarta, City of Battle). The competition is open to people aged between 17 and 45.
The competition will close on Oct. 5 and the winners will be announced on Oct. 10. All entries should be sent to the committee at Jl. Pegangsaan Barat No. 4, Central Jakarta. (yns)
