Golkar Distributes 350,000 Fish Fry to West Bandung, Promoting Quality Aquaculture

Deputy Chairman of Commission IV of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) Panggah Susanto and Commission IV member from the Golkar Party faction, Dadang M. Naser, have distributed assistance totalling 350,000 fish fry to communities in electoral district II of West Java.

The assistance consists of 250,000 tilapia fry and 100,000 common carp fry. One of the distribution locations was in Jayamekar Village, Padalarang District, West Bandung Regency, on 3 August 2026.

Dadang Naser, through his coordinator Lutfy Pradana, said the assistance was a follow-up to community aspirations gathered during recess activities.

“This is aspirational assistance from Panggah Susanto, Deputy Chairman of Commission IV DPR RI from the Golkar Party faction, and DPR RI Commission IV member from the Golkar Party faction, Dadang M. Naser,” said Lutfy.

According to him, the assistance programme is not limited to the distribution of fish fry. Recipients also receive technical mentoring to support successful cultivation, including feed provision, production management, and market access.

“Of course, Mr Dadang Naser will always fight for community aspirations through sustainable programmes, particularly in the agriculture and livestock sectors,” he said.

Meanwhile, Panggah said the programme is part of efforts to absorb community aspirations while presenting the Golkar Party through programmes that directly address residents’ needs.

“As a leader of Commission IV DPR RI from the Golkar Party faction, I am absorbing aspirations through various programmes for the community, particularly those in electoral districts, as well as the general public across Indonesia,” Panggah stressed in his statement on Saturday, 15 August 2026.

“We want the Golkar Party to be present in the midst of the community and prove its commitment through various targeted programmes, in accordance with the needs of communities in each region,” he continued.

Panggah assessed that the distribution of programmes that directly address community needs is a tangible form of commitment in fighting for residents’ aspirations.

One of the beneficiaries in Jayamekar Village, Salsabila, appreciated the fish fry assistance provided to the fish farming group.

According to her, the assistance does not merely provide fish fry, but also opens opportunities for the community to develop aquaculture businesses sustainably.
