Golkar Bali Requests Support from Chairman Bahlil Regarding Logistics
Denpasar (ANTARA) - The Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of the Golkar Party in Bali Province has openly expressed aspirations to the central leadership regarding logistical needs to strengthen political movements in the region.
“Logistics can sometimes be a primary factor in success; if our logistics are somewhat lacking, we simply report it to the General Chairman (Ketua Umum) for Bali, so assistance from the Central Leadership Council (DPP) is necessary,” said the Chairman of the Bali Provincial Golkar Party DPD, Gde Sumarjaya Linggih, affectionately known as Demer.
Speaking in Denpasar on Saturday, Demer first explained that the current national political constellation demands intelligence, innovation, creativity, and speed in making strategic decisions to achieve organisational objectives.
He assessed that the leadership at the central level has set an example through commitment, sincerity, and alignment between words and actions, thereby earning the full trust of President Prabowo Subianto.
To face future political agendas based on this outlook, the politician, who is also a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI), emphasised that the management of the Bali Provincial Golkar Party DPD is currently in a very solid condition and is ready to guide the party towards 2029.
“Golkar is solid this time, and the General Chairman has witnessed it himself; there are 108 committee members, where we have adopted 47 Gen Z members, and approximately 37 per cent of our management consists of women,” said Demer.
In managing the organisational machinery, he ensured that they have met various key elements, ranging from the availability of human resources and extensive networks to digital-based management.
