Goldtron's enters Indonesia

SINGAPORE (Reuter): Diversified electronics group Goldtron
Ltd. said yesterday its new Indonesian joint venture, PT Arha
Nusa Bhakti, will have an initial paid-up capital of US$5
million.

The company this week announced the joint venture to
manufacture and distribute telecommunications and other
electronic products in Indonesia.

Goldtron said it will fund the joint venture internally. It
will have 49 percent of the venture, while Indonesian firm PT
Arhawishanto Nusa Bhakti will own the balance.
