Golden Agri buys two units

SINGAPORE (AFX-ASIA): Golden Agri-Resources Ltd said it has
acquired two new units, PT Trimeru and PT Gemamina Kencana, for
US$362,134 and $395,062 respectively from Selamet Andrianto
Gerdiman.

Both acquisitions currently hold plantation licenses and are
involved in the palm oil business.

The company also said it has a 50.32 percent stake in a newly
incorporated Indonesian unit, PT SMART Virtual Dotkom, which has
an authorized capital as well as an issued and paid-up capital of
approximately $6,173.

The company also said unit PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and
Technology has disposed of its 74 shares in PT SMART Virtual to
PT Duta Jakarta Sejahtera, for approximately $6,091.
