JAKARTA – Gold mining issuer PT Archi Indonesia Tbk (ARCI), part of the Rajawali Group owned by Peter Sondakh, has decided to distribute a dividend of US$60 million, or approximately Rp 1.04 trillion, from its 2025 fiscal year net profit.

The decision was made at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held at Rajawali Place, Jakarta, on Thursday (7/5/2026).

The total dividend equates to a dividend payout ratio (DPR) of 60 percent from ARCI’s net profit for 2025, which reached US$102.52 million.

ARCI President Director Rudi Suhendra stated that a portion of the dividend had already been distributed to shareholders at the end of last year.

“From the total of US$60 million, 50 percent or US$30 million has been paid as an interim dividend in December 2025,” Rudi said during a public presentation in Jakarta on Thursday.

Based on the BI Jisdor exchange rate as of 6 May 2026 at Rp 17,405 per US dollar, the total dividend distributed by ARCI is equivalent to approximately Rp 1.04 trillion. The remaining dividend to be paid in June is equivalent to Rp 522.15 billion.

Throughout 2025, ARCI recorded gold production of 122,000 ounces. This figure grew 33 percent year-on-year (YoY).

The production increase also drove the company’s revenue to US$496.22 million.

ARCI’s revenue came from the domestic market at US$390.86 million and the foreign market at US$96.37 million.

The revenue increase was accompanied by a rise in the cost of goods sold, from US$227.09 million in 2024 to US$286.18 million in 2025.

General and administrative expenses were recorded at US$11.81 million. Meanwhile, other operating expenses reached US$1.88 million.

The company also booked financial expenses of US$40.24 million and income tax expenses of US$63.42 million.
