Jakarta, VIVA – The price of gold produced by PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) was listed at Rp2,916,000 per gram in trading today. The price rose Rp4,000 compared with the previous day’s trading.

As quoted from data published by Antam’s Precious Metal Processing and Refining Business Unit on Thursday, 19 February 2026, the buyback price for gold was set at Rp2,694,000 per gram. Antam gold prices are subject to change at any time.

Gold prices by weight are as follows: five grams sold at Rp14.355 million, 10 grams at Rp28.655 million, 25 grams at Rp71.512 million, and 50 grams at Rp142.945 million. Additionally, 100 grams of gold was priced at Rp285.812 million, 250 grams at Rp714.265 million, and 500 grams at Rp1,428.320 million.

For the smallest and largest gold sizes sold by Antam today, the 0.5-gram bar was priced at Rp1.508 million and the 1,000-gram bar at Rp2,856.6 billion.

It should be noted that the selling price of Antam gold bars does not include tax. In accordance with Finance Minister Regulation No. 34/PMK.10/2017, sales transactions are subject to tax deductions.

The resale of gold bars to PT Antam Tbk with a nominal value exceeding Rp10 million is subject to Income Tax Article 22 of 1.5 per cent for taxpayer identification number (NPWP) holders and 3 per cent for non-NPWP holders. Income Tax Article 22 on buyback transactions is deducted directly from the total value.

Global Gold

Meanwhile, gold prices on the global market declined in early morning trading. The strengthening of the US dollar following inflation reports provided investors with indications regarding the direction of US interest rates.

As reported by The Economic Times, the price of gold on the international spot market fell 0.4 per cent to US$4,961.5 per ounce. Meanwhile, US gold futures for April delivery dropped 0.6 per cent to US$4,981 per ounce.
