Gold Prices Today 3 August 2026: Antam Shines, Global Products Rise Driven by This Factor
Jakarta – The price of gold bullion from PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) was set at Rp2,610,000 per gram on Monday, 3 August 2026, marking an increase of Rp7,000 from the previous trading day. The buyback price for Antam gold was set at Rp2,379,000 per gram.
Prices for various sizes are as follows: 5 grams at Rp12,825,000; 10 grams at Rp25,595,000; 25 grams at Rp63,862,000; and 50 grams at Rp127,645,000. The 100-gram bar is priced at Rp255,212,000, while the 250-gram and 500-gram bars are priced at Rp637,765,000 and Rp1,275,320,000 respectively. The smallest 0.5-gram unit is sold for Rp1,355,500, and the largest 1,000-gram bar is priced at Rp2,550,600,000. These prices do not include tax, as transactions are subject to deductions in accordance with PMK No. 34/PMK.10/2017. Buyback transactions exceeding Rp10 million are subject to PPh 22 of 1.5 percent for NPWP holders and 3 percent for non-NPWP holders.
On the global market, gold prices rose during morning trade, buoyed by a slump in oil prices after US President Donald Trump postponed a strike on Iran. This development eased concerns about inflation and higher interest rates. Spot gold prices increased by 0.7 percent to US$4,067.06 per ounce, while US gold futures rose 0.9 percent to US$4,065.6 per ounce.
