Gold Prices Today, 24 June 2026: Antam and Global Products Plunge in Tandem

Jakarta – The price of gold produced by PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) was set at Rp2,655,000 per gram in trading today, a decrease of Rp18,000 per gram compared to yesterday’s trade. Quoting data from Antam’s Precious Metals Processing and Refining Business Unit on Wednesday, 24 June 2026, the buyback price was set at Rp2,372,000 per gram. Antam’s gold prices are subject to change at any time. Prices based on size are as follows: five grams sold for Rp13.050 million, 10 grams for Rp26.045 million, 25 grams for Rp64.987 million, and 50 grams for Rp129.895 million. Furthermore, 100 grams of gold is priced at Rp259.712 million, 250 grams at Rp649.015 million, and 500 grams at Rp1.29782 billion. The smallest and largest sizes sold by Antam today, 0.5 grams and 1,000 grams, are priced at Rp1.3775 million and Rp2.5956 billion respectively. It should be noted that the selling price of Antam’s gold bars does not yet include tax. In accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation No. 34/PMK.10/2017, sales transactions are subject to tax deductions. The resale of gold bars to PT Antam Tbk with a nominal value exceeding Rp10 million is subject to Income Tax Article 22 of 1.5 per cent for NPWP holders and 3 per cent for non-NPWP holders. The Income Tax Article 22 on buyback transactions is deducted directly from the total value. Meanwhile, global gold prices experienced a decline in morning trade today, pressured by speculation of a US interest rate hike that boosted the dollar, while investors continue to scrutinise US-Iran peace negotiations. According to The Economic Times, the price of gold on the international spot market fell 0.5 per cent to US$4,087.68 per ounce. Meanwhile, US gold futures contracts for August delivery fell 1.1 per cent to US$4,105.4 per ounce.
