Gold Prices Today, 2 June 2026: Antam Drops, Global Products Vary
The price of gold produced by PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) is priced at Rp 2,774,000 per gram in today’s trading. This represents a decrease of Rp 25,000 per gram compared to the previous trading session.
According to data from Antam’s Precious Metals Processing and Refining Business Unit on Tuesday, 2 May 2026, the buyback price for gold has been set at Rp 2,584,000 per gram. Antam gold prices are subject to change at any time.
Gold prices based on weight are as follows: 5 grams is sold for Rp 13.645 million, 10 grams for Rp 27.235 million, 25 grams for Rp 67.962 million, and 50 grams for Rp 135.845 million. Furthermore, 100 grams is priced at Rp 271.612 million, 250 grams at Rp 678.765 million, and 500 grams at Rp 1,357.320 million. For the smallest and largest sizes sold by Antam today, 0.5 grams is priced at Rp 1.437 million, while 1,000 grams is valued at Rp 2.7146 billion.
Please note that the selling price of Antam gold bars does not include tax. In accordance with PMK No. 34/PMK.10/2017, gold transaction selling prices are subject to tax deductions. The buyback of gold bars to PT Antam Tbk with a value exceeding Rp 10 million is subject to a 1.5 per cent PPh 22 tax for NPWP holders and 3 per cent for non-NPWP holders. The PPh 22 on buyback transactions is deducted directly from the total value.
Global Gold
Meanwhile, gold prices varied during this morning’s trading. Investors are closely monitoring the partial ceasefire between Hezbollah and Israel and are awaiting further details regarding US-Iran negotiations amidst concerns surrounding US interest rates.
According to The Economic Times, the price of gold in the international spot market remained unchanged at US$4,484.49 per ounce. Meanwhile, US gold futures rose by 0.2 per cent to US$4,514.3 per ounce.
