Gold Prices Today, 13 April 2026: Antam Products Decline, Global Prices Plummet
Jakarta, VIVA – The price of gold from PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) is set at Rp 2,818,000 per gram in today’s trading. This price has plunged Rp 42,000 per gram compared to yesterday’s trading. Quoting data from Antam’s Precious Metals Processing and Refining Business Unit, on Monday, 13 April 2026, the gold buyback price is set at Rp 2,585,000 per gram. Antam gold prices can change at any time. The gold prices based on size are as follows: 5 grams sold for Rp 13.865 million, 10 grams for Rp 27.675 million, 25 grams for Rp 69.062 million, and 50 grams for Rp 138.045 million. Then, 100 grams is priced at Rp 276.012 million, 250 grams at Rp 689.765 million, and 500 grams at Rp 1,400.320 million. For the smallest and largest sizes sold by Antam today, 0.5 grams is priced at Rp 1.480 million and 1,000 grams at Rp 2,800.6 billion. It should be noted that the selling price of Antam gold bars does not include tax. According to PMK No. 34/PMK.10/2017, sales transaction prices are subject to tax deductions. The resale of gold bars to PT Antam Tbk with a value exceeding Rp 10 million is subject to 1.5% PPh 22 for NPWP holders and 3% for non-NPWP holders. PPh 22 on buyback transactions is deducted directly from the total value. Global Gold Meanwhile, gold prices fell in this morning’s trading. Pressured by the strengthening of the US dollar, and the surge in energy prices triggering concerns of high inflation as well as dampening expectations of a Federal Reserve US interest rate cut. Citing The Economic Times, the international spot gold price fell 1.1% to US$2,693 per ounce. Meanwhile, the US gold futures contract for June delivery fell 1.4% to US$2,717.8 per ounce.
