Gold prices rise by Rp20,000 per gram

Antam gold bars were priced at Rp2,774,000 per gram on Friday, 29 May 2026, according to Logam Mulia, marking a rise of Rp20,000 from the previous day. The buyback price for Antam gold also increased by Rp22,000 to Rp2,579,000 per gram, with transactions exceeding Rp10,000,000 subject to Income Tax (PPh) Article 22.

Previously, Antam’s gold prices had been declining throughout the week. Starting at Rp2,803,000 per gram at the week’s beginning, the price fell to Rp2,798,000 the following day. By Wednesday, 27 May, it dropped further to Rp2,785,000, then to Rp2,754,000 the next day.
