Gold Prices Plunge Again Today: Check the Latest Antam, UBS, and Pegadaian Listings
Gold prices continue to experience a downward trend. Antam gold, monitored on the Logam Mulia website from Jakarta on Friday (27/3/2026) at 09:07 WIB, saw a decline of Rp40,000 from the previous Rp2,850,000 to Rp2,810,000 per gram.
The buyback price (buyback) has also decreased to Rp2,414,000 from the initial Rp2,490,000 per gram. Similarly, UBS gold prices stand at Rp2,841,000 and Galeri24 at Rp2,827,000 per gram.
Sales transactions for gold are subject to tax deductions in accordance with PMK Number 34/PMK.10/2017 for all types of gold from 1 gram to 1,000 grams (1 kilogram).
The resale of gold bars to PT Antam Tbk for amounts exceeding Rp10 million is subject to Income Tax (PPh) Article 22 at 1.5 percent for holders of a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and 3 percent for non-NPWP holders. The PPh 22 on buyback transactions is deducted directly from the total buyback value.

Tax deductions on gold purchase prices in accordance with PMK Number 34/PMK.10/2017 stipulate that purchases of gold bars are subject to PPh 22 at 0.45 percent for NPWP holders and 0.9 percent for non-NPWP holders.
Every purchase of gold bars is accompanied by proof of PPh 22 deduction.
