Gold Price Today 23 July 2026: Antam Products Shine, Global Prices Slip

Jakarta – The price of gold produced by PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) was set at Rp2,640,000 per gram in trading today. This price represents an increase of Rp5,000 per gram compared to yesterday’s trading.

Citing data from Antam’s Precious Metals Processing and Refining Business Unit on Thursday, 23 July 2026, the buyback price for gold was set at Rp2,395,000 per gram. Antam’s gold prices are subject to change at any time.

As for prices based on size, five grammes are sold for Rp12.975 million, 10 grammes for Rp25.895 million, 25 grammes for Rp64.612 million and 50 grammes for Rp129.145 million. Furthermore, 100 grammes of gold are priced at Rp258.212 million, 250 grammes at Rp645.265 million and 500 grammes at Rp1,290,320 billion.

For the smallest and largest sizes of gold sold by Antam today, 0.5 grammes is priced at Rp1.370 million and 1,000 grammes is valued at Rp2.5806 billion.

It should be noted that the selling price of Antam’s gold bullion does not yet include tax. In accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation No. 34/PMK.10/2017, selling price transactions are subject to tax deductions.

The resale of gold bullion to PT Antam Tbk with a nominal value exceeding Rp10 million is subject to Income Tax Article 22 of 1.5 percent for NPWP holders and 3 percent for non-NPWP holders. Income Tax Article 22 on buyback transactions is deducted directly from the total value.

Global gold prices traded lower this morning. Investors are monitoring the ongoing Middle East conflict while shifting focus to the Fed meeting for clues on potential benchmark interest rate hikes.

According to The Economic Times, the price of gold on the international spot market was little changed at US$4,133.39 per ounce. Meanwhile, US gold futures contracts for August delivery fell 0.4 percent to US$4,136.8 per ounce.
