GIICOMVEC Represents Progress in the Domestic Automotive Industry

Jakarta - The Indonesian Automotive Industry Association (Gaikindo) views the Gaikindo Indonesia International Commercial Vehicle Expo (GIICOMVEC) 2026 as a representation of the progress in the domestic automotive industry, particularly in the commercial vehicle segment. “We want to demonstrate that commercial vehicles produced in Indonesia possess high competitiveness, not only to meet domestic needs but also to be highly competitive in the international market. This exhibition is a picture of the strength of our automotive industry, especially in commercial vehicles, at present,” said Gaikindo General Chairman Putu Juli Ardika in an official statement received in Jakarta on Monday. The event, to be held from 8 to 11 April 2026 at Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) Kemayoran, Jakarta, is claimed to offer direct experiences for professional visitors.
