GIIAS Bandung 2026 to Feature More Comprehensive Lineup with New Brands
The GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2026 at ICE BSD Tangerang has officially concluded with great success. Currently, the excitement of this automotive exhibition is ongoing in Surabaya. Following this, the third leg of GIIAS The Series 2026 will arrive in Bandung from 9–13 September 2026, hosted at the Sudirman Grand Ballroom.
As the province with the second-highest motor vehicle sales rate nationally, the presence of GIIAS Bandung is always a highly anticipated event for the people of West Java, particularly in Bandung and its surrounding areas. Entering its fourth year of organisation, GIIMB Bandung 2026 is prepared to welcome high public enthusiasm by presenting an increasingly complete range of global automotive brands.
Notably, GIIAS Bandung 2026 will be joined by several new vehicle brands that have never participated in previous editions. The presence of these new brands will further diversify the options available to visitors wishing to see and experience the latest automotive innovations firsthand.
Project Director of GIIAS The Series, Abiyoso Wietono, expressed his enthusiasm regarding the new lineup of participants ready to provide a different experience for visitors.
“We are very enthusiastic about bringing the GIIAS The Series back to Bandung. This year, the presence of various new vehicle brands will provide more choices and an even more diverse visiting experience,” he stated.
According to Abiyoso, in addition to presenting the latest vehicle lineup, GIIAS Bandung 2026 will also entertain visitors through various interactive activities and exciting events throughout the exhibition. The third instalment of the GIIAS The Series is expected to not only provide a memorable automotive experience for the people of West Java but also to continue driving the growth of the national automotive market.
Following the exhibitions in ICE BSD Tangerang, Surabaya, and Bandung, the GIIAS The Series will continue to its fourth instalment, GIIAS Semarang 2026, which will take place from 30 September to 4 October 2026 at the Muladi Dome, Semarang. The 2026 series will conclude with GIIAS Makassar from 28 October to 1 November 2026 at Summarecon Mutiara Makassar.
In addition to this year’s series, there is a commitment to expanding the exhibition’s reach by adding one new city scheduled for early next year. GIIAS Bali is slated to arrive on 27–31 January 2027 at The Meru Sanur, Bali, serving as a new destination to complement the success of the GIIAS automotive exhibition series in the eastern region of Indonesia.
