Gibran Meets Student Protest Representatives at Vice Presidential Palace

Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka met with representatives of student protesters on Monday (15/6). The demonstrators were invited to the Vice Presidential Palace, located not far from the protest site at the Arjuna Wiwaha Horse Statue (Patung Kuda) in Central Jakarta. The students conveyed their aspirations and gave a deadline of 5 x 24 hours, failing which they would stage another protest. Acting Secretary to the Vice President, Al Muktabar, stated that Gibran would convey the students’ aspirations to President Prabowo Subianto.
