The Gianyar Resort Police held a friendly gathering with the 1616/Gianyar Military District Command, the Gianyar District Prosecutor’s Office, and several leaders of Gianyar Regency Government agencies. The activity aimed to build solidarity and synergy between defence and legal institutions. The gathering took place on Tuesday, 14 July 2026, in Gianyar, according to Gianyar Police Chief AKBP Chandra Kesuma. Pejabat utama Polres Gianyar, members of the Gianyar Prosecutor’s Office, and Staff Officers from Kodim 1616/Gianyar attended the event. While conversing casually, the agency leaders discussed various issues, including the public security and order situation, coordination of case handling, and efforts to improve services to the community in Gianyar Regency. Coordination and collaboration in every aspect of duty, whether in prevention, law enforcement, or resolving various problems developing within the community, were also discussed. ‘This is a tangible manifestation of synergy between the National Police, the Prosecutor’s Office, and the Indonesian National Armed Forces in maintaining regional stability,’ said Chandra. He noted that the friendly gathering was not merely a lunch meeting. Fluid and effective communication, along with good coordination between the Police, Prosecutor’s Office, and TNI, are the main keys, especially in maintaining security stability, supporting professional law enforcement, and providing the best service to the people of Gianyar Regency. Commitment, coordination, and collaboration are strengthened in every task execution, both in prevention, law enforcement, and the resolution of various issues developing in the community. ‘It is hoped that institutional relations between agencies will become closer, communication more intensive, and increasingly solid coordination will be built in facing various challenges in the Gianyar Regency area,’ he said. Chandra stated that if collaboration between legal and defence agencies is well established, public trust in the performance of the apparatus is expected to increase, so that security, order, and development in Gianyar Regency can continue to run optimally.
