Giant Stray Missile Fails to Detonate and Embeds in the Ground

The object appeared embedded in open ground not far from a residential area. Joudi Asaad (18), a local shepherd, recalls the moment of the explosion. He said a loud bang startled him and others nearby, while causing his livestock to panic and scatter as the missile fell. According to Asaad and several eyewitnesses, the missile exploded around 07:00 local time. The blast struck open ground but caused no casualties or significant damage to nearby buildings. Residents approached the crash site to inspect scattered debris; some stood nearby, while others watched from a distance. As of now, it is not known who launched the missile.
