In addition, Ara stated that the government plans to provide housing for low- and middle-income communities. The planned housing will be in the form of apartments built on land owned by state-owned enterprises such as PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).

“In the last two days, we have been surveying step by step with the President Director of Kereta Api and also the head of the State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Agency yesterday in Jakarta, in the Tanah Abang area, so that this state land can be managed for people’s housing. It will also be combined for low- and middle-income communities,” explained Ara.

Not only in the Tanah Abang area, Ara also explained that they have found land in Bandung owned by PT KAI. Although there are still several other potential lands being surveyed.
