Get Ready: Alfamidi to Distribute Dividends of Rp11.85 per Share on 25 June

Shareholders of PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi) are set to receive a cash dividend of Rp11.85 per share on 25 June 2026. The dividend distribution was approved during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Thursday, 4 June 2026.

The Director of PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk, Suantopo Po, stated that the total dividend to be distributed amounts to Rp396.2 billion, which is equivalent to 50 per cent of the net profit for the 2025 fiscal year.

“The dividend to be distributed is Rp396.2 billion. Per share, it is Rp11.85 and will be distributed on 25 June 2026,” Suantopo said during a public expose at Alfa Tower, Tangerang, on Thursday (4/6/2026).

According to him, the value of the dividends distributed this year has increased by approximately 61 per cent compared to the previous fiscal year. Furthermore, the company has increased the portion of profits distributed to shareholders from 45 per cent to 50 per cent.

This increase in dividends aligns with the company’s performance growth throughout the past year. Alfamidi recorded a net profit of Rp792.36 billion in 2025, a 45 per cent increase compared to the previous year’s profit of Rp546.41 billion.

In terms of revenue, the company recorded net sales of Rp20.64 trillion, up 3.79 per cent compared to the 2024 realisation of Rp19.89 trillion.

As of the end of 2025, Alfamidi operates 2,587 outlets, consisting of 2,503 Alfamidi stores, 80 Alfamidi Super stores, and four Midi Fresh stores spread across various regions in Indonesia.
