I am a female employee and work in a building on Jl. Sudirman
in South Jakarta. Every day, I have to cross the pedestrian
bridge to get to Wisma Indocement. I notice that every morning,
some men stand under the stairs of the bridge and peep at women
wearing skirts ascending or descending the stairs.

This is a very disgusting thing for the passers-by. I appeal
to the authorities to seal that part of the bridge to prevent
"get-a-peep" entertainment.

Also, I wish to draw the attention of the cleaning service
agency to provide a litter box at appropriate places. People now
litter the flower pots on the bridge, because no dustbin is in
sight.
