GEMA Commissioner Resigns

PT Gema Grahasarana Tbk. (GEMA) has announced that Agustinus Purna Irawan has resigned from his position as Commissioner.

Ferlina Sutandi, Corporate Secretary of GEMA, stated in a written report on 30 September 2026 that the Company received the resignation letter from Agustinus Purna Irawan on 28 September 2026. GEMA will subsequently hold the next General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), and noted that the resignation will have no impact on the company’s operational, legal, financial, or business continuity.

For context, Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan was first appointed as Commissioner of the Company following the conclusion of the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 18 May 2017, and was later reappointed based on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) decision on 28 August 2020.
