The State Secretary, Prasetyo Hadi, has presented the Central Government Financial Report (LKPP) for the Ministry of State Secretariat (Kemensetneg) for the 2025 Fiscal Year. In his presentation, Prasetyly explained that as part of the accountability for the implementation of the State Budget (APBN), the Ministry of State Secretariat has prepared financial reports in stages according to statutory regulations, including the consolidation of financial reports from two Public Service Agencies (BLU), namely the Kemayoran Complex Management Centre (PPKK) and the Gelora Bung Karno Complex Management Centre (PPK GBK).

Prasetyo also revealed that the Ministry of State Secretariat has once again received an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) from the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) for its 2025 Financial Report. This achievement marks the Ministry’s success in maintaining the highest audit opinion for 17 consecutive years, since 2009. “On this occasion, we wish to express our gratitude to all ranks of the Ministry of State Secretariat prior to our term for maintaining the management of state finances, so that for 17 years we have consistently received an Unqualified Opinion, including in the last two years,” said Prasetyo.

Prasetyo explained that the 2025 LKPP of the Ministry of State Secretariat is a consolidated report from 17 working units within the Ministry, including the Secretariat of the President, the Secretariat of the Vice President, the Cabinet Support Secretariat, the Government Communications Agency, the National Economic Council, and several other supporting units.

Regarding revenue, the State Secretary added that the realisation of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) as of 31 December 2025 reached Rp1.062 trillion, or 144.38% of the target of Rp736.07 billion. Furthermore, the Gelora Bung Karno Complex Management BLU contributed Rp103.78 billion to the state treasury, representing 15% of its 2025 operational revenue, while the Kemayoran Complex Management BLU contributed Rp34.99 billion, or 20% of its operational revenue.

“As for the expenditure realisation of the Ministry of State Secretariat as of 31 December 2025, from an allocated budget of Rp6,815,364,242,000, a total of Rp6,278,269,967,571 has been realised, or 92.12%,” he explained.

Prasetyo also presented the balance sheet position of the Ministry of State Secretariat as of 31 December 2025. Total assets were recorded at Rp638.97 trillion, consisting of current assets, fixed assets, investment property, long-term receivables, and other assets. Meanwhile, total liabilities reached Rp887.16 billion with equity amounting to Rp638.08 trillion.
