Jakarta - Deputy General Chairman of the Gelora Party and Deputy Minister for Housing and Settlement Areas Fahri Hamzah has revealed the inner workings of Prabowo Subianto’s cabinet. Fahri stated that Prabowo demands very high standards from his aides’ performance. “The demands to become Prabowo’s executor are far higher than those of other presidents, because Pak Prabowo’s standards are already high,” said Fahri in the Gaspol! podcast aired on Kompas.com’s YouTube channel on Friday (17/4/2026). “I’m old. I want to die in a state where there are no more poor people,” Fahri quoted Prabowo as saying. Regarding the issue of a potential Prabowo cabinet reshuffle in the near future, Fahri did not give a firm answer. According to him, that is the president’s prerogative.
