Gas sales at fuel pumps
Gas sales at fuel pumps
From Media Indonesia
People buying gasoline at a fuel station in jerricans or drums
is a usual sight. They sell the fuel at the roadside or in rural
areas. Let us say it can be tolerated. But using thin transparent
plastic bags holding three to five liters is out of the ordinary,
reckless and negligent. It is a highly hazardous practice.
It may cause a lot of damage to many sides. On Feb. 9, I saw
such a transaction taking place using thin plastic bags at fuel
station in Kemang village close to the Sela Benda three-way
intersection in the Bogor region.
I appeal to the authorities, and especially Pertamina, to see
to it that such transactions do not take place anymore.
