Garuda Party Central Board Instructs Regional and Branch Leaders Across Central Java to Oversee Government Programmes
The Central Leadership (DPP) of the Garuda Party has inaugurated the Central Java Regional Leadership (DPD) and 35 Branch Leadership Councils (DPC) across Central Java at the Siliwangi Hotel, Semarang, on Saturday (27/06/2026).
Carrying the theme “Moving Forward Together with the Garuda Party”, the inauguration serves as an organisational adhesive, uniting all officials to build a solid, progressive party that remains close to the community.
The General Chairman of the Garuda Party DPP, Ahmad Ridha Sabana, emphasised that the inauguration is more than just a ceremonial agenda. He stated that it marks the beginning of a significant responsibility for all officials to expand the Garuda Party through tangible work and service to the public.
“We are not merely inaugurating officials, but also instilling the spirit, responsibility, and commitment to grow the Garuda Party. Position is not an honour to be boasted about, but a mandate that must be proven through real work amongst the people,” said Ridha.
Ridha emphasised the importance of unity in building a strong organisation from the central to the regional levels. He noted that organisational solidarity would strengthen the Garuda Party’s position in supporting government programmes.
“Through Garuda, we will build a constructive and progressive political force. We support President Prabowo’s programmes that favour the people. We will also ensure that Garuda Party cadres are involved in overseeing the implementation of these programmes so that their benefits can be felt by the community,” Ridha explained.
Following the official decree by the Secretary-General of the Garuda Party DPP, Ihsan Jauhari, the Chairman of the Central Java DPD, Adi Wiyata, expressed his readiness to carry out the organisational mandate by strengthening internal consolidation.
Adi promised to expand political activities oriented towards the interests of the public.
“The DPD and DPC of the Garuda Party throughout Central Java are ready to build a solid organisation, strengthen consolidation down to the grassroots, and be present in the community through real work. We want to prove that the Garuda Party is a house of struggle capable of providing benefits to the people of Central Java,” Adi explained.
Adi added that all DPD and DPC officials in Central Java will move in a single line to strengthen the organisational structure down to the grassroots level.
Adi pledged to improve the quality of cadres and build more intensive communication with the community to support both party initiatives and the government programmes of President Prabowo Subianto.
“All cadres will be encouraged to actively support government programmes that favour the people, while simultaneously acting as a bridge between community aspirations and development policies. We will work through mutual cooperation, maintain solidarity, and provide solutions for the community,” he explained.
