Garuda offers discounts on 200,000 domestic and international flight seats

Jakarta (ANTARA) - National carrier Garuda Indonesia is providing discounted fares on 200,000 domestic and international flight seats through the Garuda Indonesia Online Travel Fair (GOTF) 2026 to encourage public travel while strengthening the national tourism ecosystem. “The national airline Garuda Indonesia is once again holding the Garuda Indonesia Online Travel Fair 2026, which is the second event this year,” said Garuda Indonesia’s Commercial Director Reza Aulia Hakim in a statement in Jakarta on Tuesday. In this event, Garuda Indonesia is again collaborating with Bank Mandiri as the partner bank to offer at least 200,000 domestic and international flight seats with attractive deals. Service users can access flight ticket discounts and various other attractive offers through official channels such as the Garuda Indonesia website, the FlyGaruda mobile app, and online travel agents like Tiket.com and Traveloka, from 27 April to 3 May 2026, with travel periods up to 2 May 2027. Reza explained that the organisation of this second GOTF this year is a manifestation of Garuda Indonesia’s ongoing efforts as the national flag carrier to provide competitive air accessibility options. GOTF is present to offer more convenience for service users who want to plan their trips earlier. On the other hand, Reza continued, through various Garuda Indonesia sales channels supported by trusted online travel agents, it is hoped that GOTF can reach the public more broadly. In addition, with a long travel period until May 2027, GOTF can also help service users access air connectivity to various favourite national destinations during school holidays, religious holidays, and long weekends. “In this GOTF period, service users have the opportunity to get the best prices for flights to several routes,” he said. Domestic route discount fares include Jakarta-Surabaya round-trip (PP) starting from Rp2.3 million; Jakarta-Denpasar PP from Rp2.7 million; Jakarta-Lombok PP from Rp2.7 million; Jakarta-Medan PP from Rp3.4 million; Jakarta-Makassar PP from Rp3.4 million; and Jakarta-Sorong PP from Rp5.7 million. Meanwhile, for international routes, they include Jakarta-Singapore PP from Rp3.2 million; Jakarta-Hong Kong PP from Rp4.9 million; Jakarta-Haneda PP from Rp6.2 million; Jakarta-Seoul PP from Rp7.5 million; Jakarta-Sydney PP from Rp8 million; Jakarta-Amsterdam PP from Rp12.5 million. In addition, service users also have the opportunity to get special fare tickets for flights operated by Garuda Indonesia’s airline partners to various routes.
