Meanwhile, passengers with promotional Economy Class tickets can make flight changes a maximum of one time without fees. This flight adjustment policy applies to both domestic and international flights. For refunds, international flight passengers in First Class, Business Class, and Economy Class comfort category will receive a 100% refund. Then, international flight passengers in First Class, Business Class, and Economy Class flexible and promotional categories will incur applicable fees according to the flight route. For domestic flight passengers in the comfort category, the refund policy will refer to the selected category with a refund fee starting from 25%. This convenience, he continued, applies to passengers who have not yet flown and is adjusted to the ticket category selected at booking.
