According to official data from PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 1 Jakarta, the number of arrivals at Gambir Station up to Thursday (26/3) at 09.00 WIB was 15,815 people. Meanwhile, arrivals at Pasar Senen Station reached 18,203 people and Bekasi Station 8,477 people in the same period. The peak return flow itself is predicted to occur in two waves, namely on 24 March 2026 and on 28-29 March 2026. Regarding this, Ganjar assured the readiness of Gambir Station to serve passengers not only arriving in Jakarta but also those departing to other regions. “The Lebaran transport period post is still operational until 30 March,” he said. In total, 52,471 people have arrived at various stations in the PT KAI Daerah Operasi 1 Jakarta area up to Thursday morning. This figure shows a much higher number compared to the departure volume, which stands at 33,520 passengers. During the Lebaran transport period running from 11 March to 1 April 2026, KAI Daop 1 Jakarta provides 1,083,674 seats for long-distance train journeys.
