Galaxy AI on the Samsung Galaxy S26 Series: AI-Powered Photo and Video Editing for Content Creators
High volatility is likely to continue until the end of May.
For a content creator, speed and quality are often conflicting priorities. Editing photos takes time, editing videos requires additional equipment, and in the midst of a busy production schedule, every minute wasted is a missed opportunity.
The Galaxy S26 Series comes with Galaxy AI, designed to address these challenges: directly from a single device in your hand.
Photo Assist is a Galaxy AI feature on the Galaxy S26 Series that allows users to edit photos using everyday language instructions, directly from the gallery: without additional applications, without special technical skills.
Users can review the results before saving, so creative control remains entirely in the creator’s hands: only the technical obstacles are removed.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra supports recording in LOG format, which provides a wider dynamic range for maximum color grading flexibility. What distinguishes the S26 Ultra from previous generations is the presence of 4 cinematic-style LUT presets that can be previewed in real-time during recording.
Creators no longer need to wait until the editing stage to know if the visual look of the footage matches the character of their content. With 4 LUTs that can be selected in real-time, creative decisions are made earlier: saving significant editing time.
For video, the Galaxy S26 Ultra introduces Horizontal Lock, which combines a gyroscope sensor, accelerometer, and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) to automatically keep the horizon balanced: even when recording in extreme motion.
The result is footage that looks stable and professional without the need to carry additional gimbals. For travel content creators who have to move quickly in various locations, this is one of the most significant improvements compared to the Galaxy S25 Ultra and S24 Ultra, which use Super Steady.
After finishing recording, creators can transfer the footage directly to their work laptop via Quick Share: without cables, without additional applications, even if the devices are in different ecosystems. Large files can be transferred in seconds, anywhere.
With the convenience offered by the Samsung Galaxy S26 Series, a travel creator can now record nighttime footage using Samsung LOG, maintain video stability with Horizontal Lock while walking, and then perform quick color grading using LUT presets before sending the file to a laptop via Quick Share.
With the combination of Galaxy AI, Samsung LOG, cinematic LUTs, and Horizontal Lock, the Galaxy S26 Series is designed not only to capture content but also to accelerate the entire production workflow for creators directly from a smartphone.
