Gaining Momentum: Indonesian Fish Exports Break Into Chinese and Turkish Markets
JAKARTA — The Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) has once again expanded the market for Indonesian fishery products on the global stage. This follows the achievement of an agreement with the competent Turkish authority (Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry) to open market access for Indonesian fish exports to Turkey.
The ministry's efforts to penetrate new markets in both China and Turkey represent a continued drive to diversify Indonesia's fishery export destinations and boost the value of the country's marine and fisheries sector internationally.
