Futures Broker Reminds Clients to Understand Trading Risks
The growth of futures trading activity needs to be accompanied by adequate understanding of transaction mechanisms and risks. Futures brokerage firms believe education is important so that the public does not only see trading opportunities, but also understands the risks before making decisions.
DIDIMAX President Commissioner Yadi Supriyadi said the growth of trading activity needs to be accompanied by strengthening a healthy and sustainable ecosystem. Therefore, the company continues to strengthen education, client support, trading technology, and the quality of human resources.
“The growth of trading activity cannot be separated from the importance of building a healthy and sustainable ecosystem,” Yadi said in a written statement on Saturday (15/8/2026).
According to Yadi, the public needs to understand the characteristics of futures trading before deciding to make transactions. This understanding includes trading mechanisms, risk management, and various factors that can influence market movements.
He assessed that technological developments and the public’s increasing need for access to information and digital services require industry players to continue adapting. The development of trading technology and improvement of service quality are part of these efforts.
Yadi said education is also needed to build public understanding of the characteristics of futures trading so that trading decisions are not only based on profit opportunities, but also consider the risks.
This commitment runs in line with DIDIMAX’s trading activity. The company won the Top Achiever Award 2025 from the Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX) for the Highest Exchange Traded Volume category. In 2026, DIDIMAX again won 1st place in the Top Achiever Awards from Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (KBI) for the same category.
Yadi said the award is not merely a trading volume achievement, but also a responsibility for the company to improve service quality and maintain client trust.
“This award is not only an achievement, but also a responsibility to continue providing better, professional services that are in line with the development of client needs,” he said.
