Rumah Zakat (RZ) officially held the Public Expose: Impact in Action 2026 as a form of transparency and public accountability regarding the management of zakat, infaq, sedekah (ZIS), and other religious social funds. The event, held at the Sultan Hotel in Jakarta on Wednesday (8/4/2026), serves as an important platform for the organisation to report on the trust from donors and collaboration partners throughout its 2025 performance and to outline the organisation’s strategic direction for 2026. CEO of Rumah Zakat, Irvan Nugraha, stated that this Public Expose is one of the means to communicate to donors, collaboration partners, stakeholders, and the public at large about the management of funds by Rumah Zakat. This represents a trust and mandate from the community to Rumah Zakat, particularly in the form of zakat, infaq, sedekah, and other religious social funds. “In this Public Expose, we present Rumah Zakat’s vision for the future, particularly in facing current conditions related to poverty challenges, humanitarian crises, and global peace issues,” said Irvan to Republika at the Sultan Hotel on Wednesday (8/4/2026). He explained that Rumah Zakat currently collaborates with various parties, including associations and movements it participates in, as well as partnerships with the government, media, and the public in general. During the Public Expose, Rumah Zakat also presented its performance throughout 2025. The funds entrusted by the community to Rumah Zakat increased by 15 percent in that year. “Alhamdulillah, overall, the total funds entrusted by the community to Rumah Zakat in 2025 reached Rp 468 billion, growing by around 15 percent compared to 2024,” he said. Irvan explained that these funds were then distributed to communities in Indonesia and abroad in accordance with their agreements. The total number of beneficiaries reached 1.8 million people or packages distributed by Rumah Zakat, all of which are trusts from the community.
