JAKARTA – PT Dana Investasi Bersama (FundEx), an OJK-licensed Securities Crowdfunding (SCF) operator, held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) as part of its commitment to strengthening corporate governance, meeting the latest regulatory requirements, and accelerating its business transformation towards a healthier, more trusted, and sustainable company.

Information released on Thursday (30/07/2026) regarding the AGMS held in Jakarta on Friday (24/07/2026) indicated that shareholders approved several strategic agendas. These include an increase in paid-up capital, amendments to the articles of association, the ratification of the new Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners (which have received OJK approval), and the presentation of audited annual and financial reports.

All AGMS agendas received 100 per cent approval from the shareholders present. A key decision was the approval of the increase in the Company’s paid-up capital, following the implementation of OJK Regulation Number 17 of 2025 concerning Securities Offerings via Information Technology-Based Crowdfunding Services. This regulation mandates a phased fulfilment of minimum equity for all crowdfunding service providers in Indonesia. Through this step, FundEx reaffirms its commitment to strengthening its capital structure, ensuring business continuity, and enhancing stakeholder trust, particularly among investors.

As part of its Good Corporate Governance (GCG) strengthening, FundEx also presented financial reports audited by a Public Accounting Firm registered with the OJK. This move demonstrates the Company’s commitment to increasing transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance.

Moving forward, FundEx will continue to conduct regular financial audits to build credibility among investors, issuers, regulators, and business partners. To accelerate business transformation, the AGMS also ratified changes to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners, following the OJK’s fit and proper test.

The new leadership combines internal experience with professional expertise from the financial services industry. Farid Nugraha, previously the Director of Business and Investment at FundEx, has been appointed as the new President Director. This transition is a strategic step to strengthen leadership and continue FundEx’s business transformation. Meanwhile, Mohammad Agung Wibowo, the former President Director, will serve as a member of the Board of Commissioners to provide strategic direction and strengthen oversight.

Additionally, Ruby Arrazy Syarief has been appointed as the Director of Finance and Compliance, bringing over 30 years of experience in the conventional and Sharia banking industry. Ruby previously held various strategic positions, including Vice President of the Finance & Strategic Planning Division at PT Bank Mega Syariah, and is currently an Islamic Banking Risk Management Assessor at the Sharia Financial Professional Certification Institute (LSPKS).

FundEx President Director Farid Nugraha stated that this year’s AGMS is a vital momentum for strengthening the company’s foundation amidst the evolving Securities Crowdfunding industry. “The transformation being undertaken by FundEx focuses not only on business growth but also on building a healthier, more professional, and sustainable corporate foundation,” said Farid. He added that FundEx aims to ensure that every growth step aligns with regulatory compliance, good corporate governance, and increased trust from investors and all stakeholders.

In addition to strengthening governance and organisational structure, FundEx is undergoing internal transformation through the refinement of operational standards, increased business process effectiveness, strengthened risk management, and the optimisation of service quality for all platform users. These steps are part of the company’s strategy to build a sustainable business while providing added value to investors and businesses seeking funding through the FundEx platform.
