Fullerton Health Completes Acquisition of AdMedika Group
The Fullerton Health group has announced the completion of its acquisition of AdMedika, including its subsidiary, AdMedika Group, from PT Multimedia Nusantara, a subsidiary of TelkomGroup. This acquisition strengthens Fullerton Health’s healthcare service capabilities in Indonesia by integrating a leading healthcare services administrator, thereby expanding the group’s ability to provide coordinated services across all stages of the healthcare journey.
AdMedika Group brings a technology-based platform supported by digital claims management, provider network integration, and data capabilities. This enhances visibility throughout the patient journey and enables more efficient and transparent healthcare delivery. The synergy of these strengths allows for closer coordination across provider networks, claims management, and care delivery to improve consistency, efficiency, and quality throughout the Indonesian healthcare journey. This is particularly relevant given the increasing use of healthcare services and the complexity of claims management, which drives demand for solutions that effectively connect various elements of the healthcare ecosystem.
The transaction reaffirms Fullerton Health’s long-term investment in Indonesia, strengthening the company’s ability to support payors, corporations, and service providers through a more integrated and financially resilient healthcare platform.
“This acquisition reflects Fullerton Health’s long-term commitment to Indonesia and our ongoing investment in building a scalable and integrated healthcare platform. By joining AdMedika Group into the Fullerton Health group, we are strengthening our operational systems in healthcare administration while leveraging the Group’s strong regional capabilities to better support Indonesia’s evolving healthcare needs,” said Ho Kuen Loon, Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Fullerton Health.
“TelkomMetra views this transaction as a strategic momentum to strengthen the long-term value creation of AdMedika. Under the ownership of Fullerton Health, we believe AdMedika is in a strong position to enhance its capabilities, expand its business scale, and gain access to a broader regional healthcare ecosystem, while maintaining the strong foundation it has built in Indonesia,” said Pramasaleh Haryo Utomo, President Director of TelkomMetra.
Beyond Indonesia, this transaction strengthens Fullerton Health’s ability to connect healthcare access across its Asian network. With nearly 600 owned facilities, a network of over 32,000 providers, and serving more than 8 million people across seven countries, the Group possesses significant reach to support AdMedika’s next growth phase.
Following the completion of the acquisition, AdMedika and TelkoMedika will continue to operate under their respective brands and leadership in Indonesia as part of the Fullerton Health group. This structure reflects the Group’s commitment to maintaining the trust placed in each entity by patients, clients, and partners.
“This transaction marks a significant new chapter for AdMedika Group. Together with Fullerton Health, we can strengthen our integrated healthcare platform, deepen partnerships with providers and clients, and continue to provide higher quality and more reliable services to patients and clients throughout Indonesia,” said Dian Prambini, Chief Executive Officer of AdMedika Group.
