Full Throttle! These Listed Companies to Distribute Dividends in April – Is Yours Among Them?
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The dividend season is expected to become even busier next month. At least five listed companies are on our radar and have the potential to distribute dividend “blessings” to investors in April.
Interestingly, most of these companies come from the banking sector, which has long been known for consistently paying dividends with relatively high ratios from the net profit generated throughout the previous year.
It is no wonder that bank shares are often targeted by investors seeking passive income from dividends.
One that has already confirmed the dividend distribution is PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI).
This state-owned bank is scheduled to pay cash dividends to investors on 7 April 2026, with a total value of around Rp13.03 trillion.
In addition to BBNI, other major banks will soon determine the dividend amount through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held throughout April. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) is scheduled to hold its AGMS on 10 April 2026, with one of the main agenda items being the determination of the final dividend for shareholders.
Then, PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) will also hold a GMS on 17 April 2026 to announce plans for dividend distribution.
Meanwhile, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) is scheduled to hold its AGMS on 29 April 2026.
Not only from the banking sector, the conglomerate listed company PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) is also on the list of companies that have the potential to distribute dividends in April.
In the AGMS planned for next month, Astra is projected to propose a final dividend of around Rp292 per share.
Nevertheless, investors still need to pay attention to the cum date, which is the last date to buy shares in order to be eligible to receive dividends.
Usually, the cum date occurs some time before the dividend payment date.
To get an idea of how much dividends will be distributed, we can look at the following table:
