Full Master's Scholarship for Future Business Leaders with Free Tuition Until Graduation
Many young people dream of quickly climbing the corporate ladder and becoming leaders in major companies. However, amid increasingly fierce job competition, a bachelor’s degree alone is often deemed insufficient, and limited funds force them to rely on scholarships. PPM School of Management has reopened its fully-funded Master of Management programme through The Future Leader (TFL) 18th cohort. Not merely offering free tuition, it is designed to nurture young leaders in business and organisations. Notably, all educational costs for scholarship recipients will be covered until graduation. Selected participants will also gain unique experiences rarely found in standard academic programmes. These include mentoring, leadership development, professional networking, and opportunities for On-the-Job Training (OJT) within professional environments. PPM School of Management Chair Dr. Wendra stated the programme forms part of efforts to cultivate a generation ready to face an increasingly dynamic job market. “Through The Future Leader programme, we aim to provide access to quality management education for young individuals with leadership potential, a passion for learning, and a desire to make tangible contributions to Indonesia,” he said, quoted on 28 May 2026. He added that leadership capabilities today require more than classroom theory, hence participants will be encouraged to actively engage in character development, collaboration, and professional activities. The programme is open to graduates with a bachelor’s or diploma degree (S1/D4) from any discipline, whether from domestic or international universities, with a maximum age limit of 26. In addition to formal education, scholarship recipients will have opportunities to participate in business competitions, academic conferences, and professional development alongside industry practitioners. Amidst increasingly competitive job market trends, such programmes present an attractive opportunity for fresh graduates seeking to accelerate career progression without the burden of expensive postgraduate tuition fees. Applications for The Future Leader 18 have been extended until 25 June 2026. Following administrative screening, candidates will undergo a series of assessments, including capability tests, evaluations, and panel interviews, scheduled to conclude by August 2026.
