Fulfil These Requirements, and You Can Process Your Land Certificate Independently

JAKARTA - The public can process land certificates independently through the Land Office (Kantah) by fulfilling a number of requirements in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) states that owning a certificate is an important step to ensure legal protection over land without having to use intermediary services. After all stages are completed, the Kantah will record it in the land book and issue a certificate as valid proof of rights. Registration fees are paid through the Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) mechanism in accordance with Government Regulation No. 128 of 2015, and the estimate can be checked via the Sentuh Tanahku application. The Ministry of ATR/BPN also provides special counters at Kantah to make it easier for the public to process certificates independently. Thus, the process can run more quickly and transparently.
