Fuel Prices at All Indonesian Petrol Stations Officially Reduced, Effective 6 August 2026

All fuel retailing businesses have uniformly adjusted their fuel prices, particularly non-subsidised fuels, on 1 August 2026. The price adjustments were made by Pertamina, Shell Indonesia, BP-AKR, Vivo Energy Indonesia, and Mobil Indostation.

At Pertamina petrol stations in the Greater Jakarta area, for example, the price of Pertamax Turbo fell from Rp19,300 per litre to Rp18,300 per litre. Pertamax Green 95 also dropped from Rp17,000 per litre to Rp16,600 per litre, while Pertamax (RON 92) decreased from Rp16,250 per litre to Rp15,950 per litre.

Meanwhile, the prices of Pertamina Dex and Dexlite remained unchanged at Rp21,150 per litre and Rp19,700 per litre respectively.

Pertamina Patra Niaga’s VP of Corporate Communication, Kitty Andhora, said the non-subsidised fuel price adjustments were made in line with trends in average global oil prices and taking into account the rupiah exchange rate in accordance with applicable regulations.

“The non-subsidised fuel price adjustments are carried out in accordance with government regulations and directives, taking into account developments in global oil prices, the rupiah exchange rate, and maintaining public purchasing power. This step is also part of efforts to safeguard the availability of national fuel supplies for the public,” Kitty said.

Not only Pertamina, fuel prices at private petrol stations such as BP-AKR and Vivo also experienced uniform reductions. The following is the latest list of fuel prices at all petrol stations, effective today, 6 August 2026:

Pertalite: Rp10,000 per litre

Subsidised diesel: Rp6,800 per litre

Pertamax: Rp15,950 per litre

Pertamax Green 95: Rp16,600 per litre

Pertamax Turbo: Rp18,300 per litre

Dexlite: Rp19,700 per litre

Pertamina Dex: Rp21,150 per litre

BP 92: Rp16,130 per litre

BP Ultimate: Rp16,760 per litre

BP Ultimate Diesel: Rp21,910 per litre
