PT Elnusa Petrofin (EPN), a subsidiary of Pertamina Group, has confirmed full readiness to support the implementation of Pertamina’s Ramadan-Eid Task Force (Satgas) in 2026. The Task Force period runs from 9 March to 1 April 2026 to anticipate a surge in national energy consumption and ensure fuel oil (BBM) distribution operates safely, reliably, and on schedule across all operational regions.

During the Task Force period, Elnusa Petrofin will operate 1,885 tanker trucks (MT) with a combined transport capacity of 31,576 kilolitres (KL). This fleet is reinforced with an additional 114 new tanker units to enhance distribution flexibility and reliability amid rising energy demand. In addition, 225 additional fleet units through spot charter arrangements are being prepared as reserve capacity, strategically positioned in high-consumption areas and regions with challenging access.

PT Elnusa Petrofin Chief Executive Officer Doni Indrawan emphasised: “The Ramadan-Eid Task Force represents a strategic national service mission requiring comprehensive operational readiness. Elnusa Petrofin ensures all aspects—from human resources, fleet, to distribution control systems—are in optimal condition,” said Doni on Tuesday (17 March).

For safety aspects, the company operates Road Traffic Control (RTC) to monitor fleet movement and provides 124 rest areas and checkpoints across Indonesia. Every tanker must rest after a maximum of four hours of driving, as part of the implementation of HSSE-based fatigue management.

Elnusa Petrofin has also prepared 25 emergency fuel stations with capacity of 16 KL at congestion-prone points to maintain smooth fuel supply during the exodus and return journey. “We are committed to ensuring energy remains available safely, on time, and sustainably, so that people can perform worship and celebrate Eid peacefully,” Doni added.

In supporting the stability of national energy distribution, fuel is also channelled to other strategic sectors, including 520 police fuel stations (SPBP) and 638 premium and diesel agent outlets (APMS) distributed across frontier, remote, and underdeveloped regions (3T areas).

With fleet readiness, emergency fuel stations, and an integrated distribution control system, Elnusa Petrofin reaffirms its role as the frontline guardian of national energy distribution, whilst ensuring public mobility remains smooth during Ramadan and Eid 1447 H.
