From WBSA to TCPI: Latest List of High Shareholding Concentration Stocks Released
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has expanded its list of stocks with High Shareholding Concentration (HSC) that require investor attention. Three issuers have been added to the HSC list: PT BSA Logistics Indonesia Tbk (WBSA), PT Transcoal Pacific Tbk (TCPI), and PT Mahkota Group Tbk (MGRO).
“This announcement does not necessarily indicate any violation of laws, regulations, or prevailing provisions in the capital market sector,” management stated, quoting the IDX’s information disclosure on Tuesday (2/6/2026).
WBSA shares are held by a specific group of shareholders who collectively control 95.82% of the total shares in both scrip and non-scrip form. TCPI shares are held by a specific group of shareholders controlling 94.10% of the total shares, while MGRO shares are held by a group controlling 93.76% of the total shares.
Previously, stocks included in the HSC list were PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN) and PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), with concentrations of 97.31% and 95.76% respectively. BREN is an entity owned by conglomerate Prajogo Pangestu, while DSSA is part of the Sinar Mas Group.
Based on IDX and KSEI data as of 2 April 2026, other stocks on the HSC list include PT Abadi Lestari Indonesia Tbk (RLCO) at 95.35%, PT Rockfields Properti Indonesia Tbk (ROCK) at 99.85%, and PT Panca Anugrah Wisesa Tbk (MGLV) at 95.94%.
Additionally, the list features PT Ifishdeco Tbk (IFSH) at 99.77%, PT Satria Mega Kencana Tbk (SOTS) at 98.35%, PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (AGII) at 97.75%, PT BSA Logistics Indonesia Tbk (WBSA) at 95.82%, and PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY) with a concentration level of 95.47%.
